Forced to run away to exile from his country, which he served loyaly for years, he now wanders through the land, trying to get as far as possible from chasers. After regicide of the former king, his Rangers unit refused loyalty to the usurper, after which they were marked as enemies of the kingdom and cruely chased, arrested, tortured and executed. He managed to escape with only what he had been wearing, including his Ranger’s cloak and loyal friend – a sword. Now he’s wandering through wilderness, trying to survive, with just misty future and woods full of bandits and monsters ahead. Despite of everything, he keeps going forth. Since in these exact woods he has learned to survive.
